Holiday Season is here.

Well the weather is finally cooling down. It really feels like fall into winter. Time to get a new scarf and hat or a new poncho or two.
I am busy knitting and crochetting away with some new items. Right now I am working on my Christmas presents for my friends and family. So secret, secret.
But I am still taking orders for those who wants handmade items for Christmas. So order early to avoid the wait.

Holidays are Here Again.

Well I have to say this year has been wonderful. My business is flourishing and personally I am in a happy place.
I want to say thanks to everyone that has been there to support me through the years of struggles and triumph with my business.
I want to close this year by giving thanks and sending blessings to everyone I have met at craft shows or just in general.
I am truly blessed for all the great people to support "my obsession".

I will be starting my next craft show in February.

Well, the year is almost over and I am closing my year this saturday at South High School in Torrance.

Theo's New Hat

I made this hat for little Theo to keep his little head warm for the winter. His mommy is the sole propriotor of petitespoon.etsy.com. He looks happy in his new cap. Can't wait to see his sister in her new hat and sweater.

Colabrated Project

So this weekend I was doing a craft fair at the Julian Dixon Library in Culver City. My good friend Kitming came to visit and spend time with me. She is a brilliant costume jewelry designer. She makes these beautiful little Angel charms with crystals. As we were sitting there, I was working on my crochet flowers. She took these flowers and started to add them to my scarves, hats and shawls. What a difference it made, just a little emblishment to a simple piece helped me sell my hats and scraves like hotcakes. Then she took some home with her and she emblished the flowers with crystals. Here are some samples of them, wow, I am so blessed to have talented friends to even market my products along with theirs. I will post pictures of some of her jewelry here soon.
