As from my last entry. I had run out of yarn, I had to hunt down more yarn in a few different stores. So now I am back on track. I am still working on the bottom of the dress to lengthen it. I have aquired some pearls for the border at the hem. I plan on stringing the pearls into the yarn and crocheting it along the edge.
The next process is to sew a full lining for the dress so it doesn't sag with all the weight from the bottom. It's going to be a challenge, since I have no pattern and going by sight. I know I need to add bones and pads to the top of the dress like a regular fabric dress. Then I need a way to secure the dress part so it doesn't weigh down the top.
This dress has been so much fun to make. I can't wait till it's finished so I can post a full picture for you to see. Keep checking back for my progress.

My First Men's Sweater
Hello again, I am still working diligently on the wedding dress. I have to buy more yarn to finish the train.
But in the mean time want to share something else with you. I knitted this sweater a few months back and finally delivered to the rightful owner, my good friend in the pic. Just want to share with everyone another piece from the YihCollections.com.
